IN Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number Jacket and Beard rush into battle, but lose to the Russian landing party. The actions of the role-playing game temporarily transfer Hawaii to us, where there is a fierce war between the Americans and representatives of the USSR. The Cold War escalated into a veritable physical conflict. Our hero - Jacket - who destroyed the Russian mafia in the first part of the game, opens before us in the role of a US military paratrooper.
The events of the second part are presented in a ragged form, reminiscent of the events of the first part.
